Adoption Application

Conditions:

Cash or Credit Cards / Bank Transfer through Paypal are acceptable forms of payment. Cash is preferred as is can be checked immediately and the pet can go home right away. Checks are accepted, but the new pet cannot go to the adopter’s home until check has cleared (usually 7-10 business days).

PLEASE RETURN THE DOG TO THIS RESCUE IF YOU CANNOT KEEP IT FOR ANY REASON – WHETHER A DAY OR 10 YEARS AFTER THE ADOPTION.
